I am assuming you mean the radiopharmaceutical connection. The challenge here is to combine the radioactive component with an organic substance which seeks and bonds to the target. Starpharma's dendrimer technology has been shown as being good at fitting different molecules into the spherical dendrimer and rendering them soluble.
