400kt @ 115-140 is exactly what was expected
i believe they will still investigate 'skipping' DSO
DSO will pay the way but is also handing over 400kt that could otherwise be dry processed to 200kt @ approx $500-1000 t
I want to see the numbers on dry processing
Make no mistake though this is another big step forwards in the de-risking of this project
