At the beginning of the article, it mentions "A company document covering the performance of 28 syndicates shows ...". I am not sure whether the journalist, Mathew Dunckley, has seen the document or just heard about the contents.
It goes on to say "Centro is preparing to announce distribution rates and payment dates for all its MCS products as part of an update to be published today."
So in answer to your question, yes.
The MCS syndicates are not listed so there is no need to make an ASX announcement and continuous disclosure rules would not apply. I guess this will just appear on the website at some point today and be posted to anyone who holds MCS units in the coming days.
