I couldn't find any specific timeframes re: when the new factory is expected to be up and running (tell me if I've missed them somewhere) so they aren't really hiding anything.
I've emailed to see if they can give any indication on time though, as I'm curious. Will post if I get a response.
They're buying brands, making deals, making revenue, so what negatives are there likely to be or what else should they be doing? Frequent empty announcements like a lot of tech stocks do can actually be worse, because that looks like they're trying to prop up the share price in the absence of any real business going on.
This is no 'BAL' SAMR situation just yet where there's anything I can think of to worry about.
Last walmart ann + the annual report within the month will mean under 2 months between major news / updates. They're probably just leaving a fair bit of stuff to release in that.
