I thought I would just have to bring this back to surface as for the people to see how these clowns scammed all of us small holders to got into this farce.

They were predicting 250,000 dry tones of zinc per annum (struggling to get to 25,000 per quarter currently) at a C3 cost of around US$0.35 per lb (struggling to get it below US$1.15 currently). They said they would need $50M to initiate the mine and look where we are today after a 2nd CR of $43M and the need to raise even more cash in the future after they burn the recent CR until Dec 2019. Needless to say they already burnt another $60M in debts. They were also hiding the $200M liability of the mine remediation, the royalties, the TC (treatment charges for the refineries which reduce the price for the miner by about 25%) etc.

Needless to say I strongly believed I've been scammed on the ASX. This document tagged RFS is an official document and there are the signatures of the initial directors (Tolga et al) on it, do you mean to say that in Australia the rule of law doesn't apply? These clown cannot persecuted? I am in for a class action suit!
