It looks to me like VMC is running low on cash, its last Annual Report showed just $195k in the Bank, since then they have granted an option over its Nardoo Hill tenement for $50k cash, just yesterday. A director has convertible loan of $400,000 outstanding having converted $200k to shares on 30 August at 20c.
There are approximately 57 million options with a conversion price of 20c expiring on 30 November 2019 much needed conversion I think.
This looks like a last throw of the dice to me. AIMO only.
