I would just be a little cautious with these sorts of statements, why and who they are made by etc. Retail holders can watch the timeline and decide how they act as more sourced and varied info becomes available. Many who have not been in these situations before will understandably be unsure, it is not a bad idea to look at the history similar events, that is not too difficult these days with our Mr Google, just a handful of similar sorts of takeovers will give a better feel for where it is, informed is armed they say.
