I have communicated with JM about the potential of a takeover.
IMO I believe ADN will become a target and JM didn't disagree.
JN advised they would take steps to protect ADN from a takeover.
IMO that shows their awareness of the situation.
IMO ADN could end up being a lasting legacy for JMs efforts in mining.
He has also stated he wants maximum value for SHs and dividends to be paid.
IMO the protection of ADN from takeover only means the price will be higher if someone really wants it.
I'd rather have the dividends...
