There is a business and management structure for CMSB and a structure for the Lithium side of things.

ADY is infested with traders that are so myopic that when their panic sets in... well you can see the result. Their focus is to make a quick buck out of what they think is a few signals here and there and trying to anticipate good news. Very dangerous if you're a T3 player.
