Lets asume that when lodging an app for a lease in Indo is the same buying a tshirt off the street ( or anything else for that matter ) if we go in with and offer they can't refuse - meaning there's more $$$$ for them if we hit the mother load - and as long as the other more proffesional submissions are not as forthcoming with relinquishing alot $$$ - thats our only chance ..
