ok ! so slept over the announcement and had a good think over what has happened and more importantly what can happen now going forward...

AB1 got docked for the last few months and we got a glimpse of what must have transpired between them and the ASX... ASX doesn't want anything to do with the type of business AB1 is upto and have for some reason got them out of their playing yard... AB1 must have definitely thought of giving up all the business that ASX doesn't ike but that would mean that giving up a huge chunk of their lucrative business...

IF AB1 was just a crypto company with their own ICO and and that being their only product, I would be sweating bullets today... we would be doomed and I would be happy to sell my AB1 shares privately at even 1c if there was a buyer for it.... but AB1 is genuinely making some $$$ from a few income sources that has seen a lot of big names attracted to it in the last 18 months or so... a lot of $ have poured in from investors and always at a premium...

now, going forward, I will be extremely surprised IF we relist on the ASX ever again... we are done here.... BUT BUT BUT that doesn't mean we are done with our invested $$$ too... we can have one of the few options below:

    1. list on another exchange - highest probability
    2. go private - medium probability
    3. get taken over - low to nil probabilty

I will be happy with option # 1 or 3... not looking forward to option # 2 for now...

for Option #1, the most important question will be relist WHERE??? NASDAQ? (low probability) to somewhere in EU (high probability)... somewhere in Asia will not be a good place to relist... back to HK is always the most high probability due it the home base but I would prefer not due to current issues there...

get taken over - we all want that BUT I think it is not happening... any bid now will be extremely low ball and opportunistic.... they know that most retail holder will be happy to get out jail for any price... any offer over 15c will seem like a gift from heaven to us all... any offer at a premium will NEVER happen imo...

going private is not the end of the world but then we need a "dividend" stream to make it worthwhile... I recently got my 1AG shares go down this path and there is a nice dividend stream coming from the part of business that went private... can AB1 get there? highly unlikely for now... hence my least likely option...

just a few random thoughts on a "sad" Christmas day for me - I hold a lot of AB1 like many out here... I think 3-6 months of wait before knowing what we get out of this investment... I think we are not dead and hence I am not very gloomy like I felt yesterday... we have a business that is going while we all are doing our part... and that means that there is something worthwhile on @ AB1... just how worthwhile it is, is the $64 million question...I wish we were not in this situation but I think we may have a smile on our face sometime in the 2nd quarter of 2020...
