Hi buffett,

Firstly thank you for the 'Report Card' - it does highlight the strengths & weaknesses of Centro at this point.

On the positive side I would add:-

14. The strengthening of the USD v AUD;

15. Surprisingly bullish (private) sentiment by significant shareholders and this statement: 'these (Oz) assets only come on the market once in a lifetime' (in other words if you want to purchase them you will have to pay top dollar);

...and on the negative side I would add:-

6. Unknown sentiment by other Banks regarding the September milestone;

7. Continuing results and progression (if any) of class action.
