I would love to know whether Falcone knew the shares were being lent out.
Can't see why anyone would lend out their shares in order for the capital to be destroyed unless they wished to buy more cheaply on market. Don't think he did though as hasn't increased his stake.
The borrowing and short selling is criminal in my mind and makes it very difficult for private investors to have confidece at all in market forces.
Hope the SP does increase and soon
