    Hi guys,

I chose to not provided analysis with assumed data and created all sorts of nonconstructive discussions.
I do not have data or similarities i can draw from like businesses. What I do have is insight derived from many years of experience. We all have our bit to add and i was keen to see how others saw the opportunity - if at all. As LT share holders we are expecting a level of performance from our stock otherwise we'll just trade it or even short it.

Seeing as we've steered our discussion to cost reductions through technology, consider this:
    - Is "safe execution" the only credible constraint to progress for big ticket items mentioned earlier such as truck/train automation?
    - How well does technology support our assets to maintain or enhance (non-capex) performance? Are we truly making it easier for the value-end to perform or are we snowed under with formalities and sign-offs?
    - Does the beneficial financial outlay of out-sourcing worth the cost of longer resolution times and quality of the resolution?
    - Is the technology in touch with the real requirements of the value-end of the business? This part can be assessed by auditing the number/value fof projects that have delivered the benefits?

We can certainly improve on examples such as above and while I may seem like an impatient LT holder, I do recognize that a dollar today is two tomorrow.
