IMO
I work in finance for a multi entity - multi project coy in the same sector for 15 yrs plus. Fact that funding is in place for $200m is a great sign that the fundamentals stack up to get any money. Lenders are very much constrained on amounts and allocations to specific projects/sectors e.t.c. >> The modern banking game.
