I must admit I am puzzled by the claims of 60% to 65% tax. I have 25 years experience in corporate income tax. I have worked in the big four and in blue chip Aussie listed companies. Nobody pays that much income tax anywhere. You simply would not do business in a country where you had to pay more than half of your net revenue out as tax.

Russia would not attract foreign investment if it levied taxes at such high rates.

So I am wondering if it is incompetence, inexperience or something else.
