It just shows how naive Kath is . Glencore are known for their ruthlessness in doing deals.
I am very concerned that Glencore contracts are written is such a way that one shipment delay could potentially bankrupt a company. they have a culture of outrageous hefty penalties written into the fine print.
They attempted to take advantage of Fortescue when the company was desperate.
