I wouldn't be too sure at all about the Ghanian government granting the permit. Ghana has sold out to the Chinese, everything in the minerals commission is focussed around the Chinese. Look at Shannxi mining company near them. They have stripped out billions fo dollars in gold with no royalties and taxes that was due to the government.

Chinese turn up with bags of money and bribes and get what they want and all the other legitimate mining company get ripped.
