I expect the 60BPF from the middle section will prove to be understated...they have learnt alot from the upper level and i expect that may result in better flow rates from middle...and dont ruleout the bottom either.
Its not easy though...the three stacked reservoirs seem to be of significantly different nature...that is no doubt complicating matters.
