He is the previous sub holder notice, we might see another notice next week, hopefully, its someone well known, but its possible he sold down so he doesn't have to submit when he sells out, is it 5% and over you become a sub holder and have to announce if you buy or sell?
I think that sell yesterday removes the obligation
