Actions against corporations are a dime a dozen.
Argus is a named respondent as the then CEO of the NAB. Why would he, why should he, step down from BHP because someone claims NAB didn't pay mortgage insurance?
We can't expect company directors to step down everytime a disgruntled account holder takes legal action against their companies? ---who would run them, lol
I wouldn't lose any sleep over it. ;)
