I would like to put my 2 cents worth.
I am not wealthy.Yet 4 and a half years ago I had under $800.00 in TOTAL assets,no job and very little prospects.I came up with an idea and started to go forward.Within several months I had ammassed the rather large fortune of around $5000.00.
I asked the banks for help.Turned down.Within 12 months I had nil debt,a viable business and I had $60,000.00 in cash.
I asked the bank for help.I was turned down.
12 months later I was in a position to purchase a house which had $33% equity PLUS a 20% deposit and was turned down.I had to go non bank at high interest.My business kept growing.I bought another house with lots of equity in it.Kept picking the eyes out and doing what I was doing.
After 4 years I had 3 cars,2 houses and a couple of hundred thousand in cash and still the bank turned me down.Dont tell me about analysts.
I predicted this crash while they were saying "BUY!"
I told them in Feb 2006 to "keep lending out cash.keep propping up people with over valued housed and 106% loans and credit cards etc and keep treating me like vermin because in 2 years or so you will be throwing them out of their houses and I will be buying them.
Analysts and banks?Yeah they are clued up!
Where is this going to end?It hasnt even started yet!
Wait 12 months and see what it is like.Unemployed people who own shares will sell them first.And there will be lots of unemployed.
THIS HASNT EVEN STARTED YET!!!!!
Am I bitter?Yes I am very very very very bitter.But i will console myself by making money at the exdpense of broken marriages and destitute people who the analysts and banks will not speak to any more much like they once treated me!
That is my final word for a long time on this forum.After coming back into the market I am even after 4 weeks and intend to stay that way for a while.But you talk of analysts and banks?They are herd animals!And finally remember one last word of wisdom.
