Hi @scott the Ratbag,
My comments on this. I did send in a requisition to support the vote being taken, but I am one that is happy that the vote is not really to delist, but provide ISX with the option if ISX feels it is the best for the company to delist. I suspect that ASX will make it difficult, if not refuse to allow it anyway. If so, there is little value in ASX continuing to threaten ISX with delisting all of the time if they will not allow us to voluntarily delist.
I have had more than one conversation with Chris Norwood(ISX) who has confirmed that ISX does not intend to drop the court case since it is important for ISX to clear its name, but he did stress that the court case will continue for a long time with ASX stringing it out as long as possible. He commented that it is taking a lot of energy out of people who are trying to run the company to have to deal with ASX on a constant basis. ISX gets emails on weekends, in the evenings and all of times of the day, it seems. One wonders if ASX has no-one else to plague - they seem to be taking great pleasure in criticising ISX for every step they take. It is a real distraction.
I do have a few questions before I actually vote in favour and I suspect, although I am one of the larger shareholders, my vote will be of little consequence.
