I feel confident when the Xmas sales figures start rolling in it will be closer to a bumper Xmas rather than a quiet one for Wesfarmers. Same for WOW, but David Jones might not share the same yuletide spirit. Hopefully the share price won't be $10 but beyond $20; I'm confident it will be over $25 by Easter.
I really don't think the Australian economy is in bad shape; but I'm not in the business of selling newspapers, I don't rely upon charts to drive my decision making process and my teeth aren't that sharp - so what would I know.
