With the fid might come a buyout option with migration to HK/lse exchange if FIRB/ASX blocks . Could this actually be done ?? The Chinese would back this all the way I guess .

I predict it will be full debt finance from a non-Chinese non-traditional entity at a favourable rate. China, like it or not, will then just be one of many OT customers.
