So move from current office in SUBIACO, to West Perth.
Better still, move out of the CBD completely.
I'm sure the well healed current staff will not want to drive too far to work and also for it not to be too far from their lunchtime watering holes etc. They are not the ones paying, shareholders are.
Gee, this corporate publicly listed company caper is a good gig isn't it. Come up with an idea, get the public to fund it, invest in it, and hey presto, it's a stepping stone to a life of Riley. Brilliant!
