How about this for a concept.... when Farasis and Talga started discussions back weeks/ months ago, Farasis then started accumulating TLG shares. Through the negotiations lets say an agreement was reached when Farasis is offered "X" amount of shares based on a 15 day previous average to fund the program. If you were Farasis wouldn't you be dropping very large sell orders at intervals to lower the 15 day average, exactly what has been happening the last week. It could also explain the delay in presenting the "imminent" DFS still hasn't happened.
This is strictly an idea from someone that has been watching too many number jump up and down but keen to see what others might think?
