The announcement said that the loan repayment dates have been extended to a particular time but the suspension has been extended to allow negotiations to continue regarding sale of assets etc. That does not mean that trading in shares will be suspended for the duration of the funding time frame.
It is probably better for holders that the suspension is in place so that a consistant value in the stock is maintained while negotiations are in place, especially if those negotiations include the placement of a share issue as one of the avenues being negotiated.
