They are trying to loose the excess baggage
As the article mentioned that they may spin off the other businesses.
"The rebranding of FlexiGroup to humm will require a shareholder vote at the AGM. The ASX ticker ‘HUM’ has been reserved."
Perhaps this latest suite of moves will see Humm become the rule, rather than the exception.
