The seller yesterday probably realized the Loyyal software is incomplete, never generated revenue, nobody would pay to use it, the Loyyal team is gone, RFN has no blockchain engineers and no experience successfully selling enterprise software let alone blockchain.
RFN would be worse off if it gets the Loyyal software as it would dump millions of dollars into something that will never bring in revenue. I doubt RFN has the engineers or the funds to pay the engineers needed to finish building it. I don’t see how anyone would buy RFN shares on such news. A share price pump is more logically likely if RFN walks away from that money pit.
