The system needs to change so that there is some sort of mechanism in place for these issues to be resolved sooner, court shouldn't be the only option. 99% of startups would likely have gone into insolvency before getting to this point. We could easily be 1-2 years away from this being finalised, the motivations for ISX to fight this all the way are clear, but I really can't understand the ASX's motivations to go so hard on this, how does this benifits them and their shareholders isn't clear.
