haha I'm just hoping. Not an expert here either and I might be reading the situation incorrectly but I thought with the appointment of Conrad Partners, their focus was converting the existing LOIs into BOA? But you could be right, this might come after DFS. Maybe someone could explain how this works and possibility of BOA prior to DFS or the other way around? There's a bunch of experts here that I'm sure can shed light on this
