To get out 400 mill for that gain will take a long time, if they pumped it to 3 cents or so the vol would increase and they would get a lot more out, at a gain.

Don't forget on say 4 mill days they would churn more than 505 to themselves,
on larger vol days they would churn maybe 80% themselves.

if they keep it at this level most will get disinterested and move on, so will take a very long time.

Refinery?? well I would think it has to come within 3 weeks or so, that's if.

Now if it don't come then the number of restless holders will double at least.
