I cannot find any direct answer to your question of "whether there is an economic use for the “Main” non-Halloysite, non-Ultra Bright resources we have – all 68.8MT (or 33.9MT @ -45µm) of them." as what is provided in the PFS (page 28, point 18.1) has already been touched upon and already does use halloysite.
I haven't researched other uses personally but it does beggar the question... does it really matter?
Drilling will continue to prove the resource as it's still open and Tiger (Tomney) has not been studied yet and if we combine just the halloysite component mining @ 500kt by your column it still comes to 45.4 years which is extraordinary.
