Why would anyone refinance it now? The depression is deepening, R&D funds for new products that will use REs will be non-existent, the price of the Mt. Weld basket is falling. They need a minimum of US$233m in funds to complete the project: more now they've had these delays. That'll be over a quarter of a billion US$.
They'll find it really tough.
Keeping it on the watchlist, 5c in a year's time.
