Res 9. Is it common that they ask for the extra 10% on top of 15% for share issues? If approved is it commonly exercised? Seems like a lot of leniency but I've been happy with management thur far. I'd imagine it opens up more options for financing etc as required. Asking wiser heads as a learning exercise
