Hi folks just wondering if some one can help me with the following on page 26 of the Annual report under the heading "4.2 Performance Against Company Health Metrics". The table states each metric had been achieved but I can not find what they are measuring that performance against(yardstick). The table above 4.1, shows the key performance numbers and it is obviously going in the correct direction but what percentage improvement qualifies as "achieved"? Secondly if anyone can explain the " People and Culture" metric what it acutally is and how they calculate it, I would greatly appreciate it.
