1. YES, ALL IN Bells and Whistles CAPEX in the $80m range
The PFS was based only on Direct Shipping Ore (DSO)
Starting CAPEX of I think $19m plus $9m working capital = $28m
ADN was then going to fund expansion organically from revenue

IMO the recent interviews suggest the narrative has changed and ADN may start with a wet processing plant to cater for the demand. The DFS will likely guide us but we may see some announcements prior to that.


2. Not sure why Port Augusta is mentioned and have never heard ADN consider it. IMO ADN require bulk port, not a container port. Streaky Bay has had a (or is having an) recent upgrade and is circa 60km from Great White and an option for ADN. There are a few other ports ADN are/have also considering and none of them were Port Augusta. See image below


3. Carey's Well (Great White) is only but one part of the Poochera exploration claim. Hammerhead is another part of Poochera just North of Great White. See image below. Poochera is 75% ADN and 25% MEP. Mt Hope is 100% ADN and has a few targets. Camel Lake is considered the holy grail of Halloysite and is also 100% ADN.
