the options are listed and legal trade, it's absolutely irrelevant who is happy or unhappy "to accept 450m more options exercised for a measly $5M" as you so eloquently put it.

but are you suggesting they cancel the remaining options and do a CR for 250m shares at 20c instead??

you do know that the conversion of options is outside of the control of the company right??

and that the options are bullshit next level in the money and that any holder with a pulse will convert right??

any further CR would just be further dilution to the company, and completely unnecessary given the funding options available as the company have said.

your suggestion makes no sense whatsoever... and no need to get sensitive because you had a brain fart of an idea that got shot down.
you're free to post on these forums just like anyone else... but you have to be ready to handle the feedback on any such post... it's just the nature of the beast.

i have to ask, overall, do you really even know what you're suggesting?
