You've got good reason to not want to sell right now mate! James basically comfirmed today we will be selling into a concrete market at $3,000 a tonne comapred to $700 a tonne for ceramics which was still a great PFS. NPAT all but certain to increase from the original $40m (approx) per annum to let's say $200m an annum on only approx 20% of the total resource being used to sell as concrete.
We are now being priced in to a value that respects the level of profit we are likely to achieve (and it could very well be much much more).... however based on this 33c is still awfully cheap and we still have a long way to go.
As per wombat analysis we would expect to see valuation of 15-20x NPAT of approx $200m just for great white?... we can all do the maths where this share price is going (as can be seen currently)
