Agree with comments so far, page 21 says it all 'Uncertainty regarding continuation as a going concern'.
Best hope now is to sell balance to Chinese partners and distribute any cash left over. Problem going forward is Chinese won't be generous like in the past, they are suffering major loss on this so far and will try to extract balance on the cheap and fund any further developments on their own as AED will have little hope raising cash to meet their JV commitments beyond 2009.
Heads should roll, Chairman should walk the plank.
