No @antibotter ... my very specific question wasn't answered !

Just because the license is valid until 2030 and JF says that ITF Pharma are not walking away doesn't answer the question I 'specifically' asked ...... business is built on contractual agreements, not the CEO's say so that they aren't walking away !

    My question:

Is there a clause in the ITF license agreement that allows ITF Pharma to walk away if after a certain time frame (say) 2 or 3 years if the Vivagel BV product has not been approved by the FDA and there is no ability for ITF Pharma to sell and distribute the product within the USA ?

If there is an ability for ITF to exit the deal through non performance or non delivery of an FDA approved product to distribute it is a big deal IMO because once that time line has expired (assuming it exists) the deal could become useless through a simple letter from their lawyer..... how long do you honestly think they will wait, certainly not anywhere near 2030 IMO ?

Lawyers rely on clauses in contractual agreements to enable their clients to do things like 'walk away' from deals that have gone nowhere, not the assurance of a our CEO - just sayin' and so again I re-iterate my question did not get answered.
