It did come from the CEO, publicly stated via the lead manager for the IPO.
Silver announced to his followers that the CEO believes more than 25% of pre registrations will become paying members.
The CEO did not correct his statement.
3m pre registrations was expected to convert to $6.5m USD per month.
That was the info the market was being fed at the time.
