IMO, this is sideshow causing distraction for James. Cobra is a tiny explorer company, a bit like what ADN was before James re-positioned us into All Things Halloysite. It took me a long time in my business too, to realise how important a laser like focus on the one or two things you are really good at is.

I was expecting a more strategic ann related to this - like ADN selling out or JV (less favoured by me). in fact, I would not be surprised if this is what James had pushed for, but Cobra could just not come up with the dough. So rather than selling it for a pittance, ADN decided to hang to it as a passive investment with little input needed.

I firmly believe that this was the reason for the TH, not the ann of a minor gold explorer per se, in particular since it was out in the public already anyway. It was more that the, IMO, intended additional agreement could not be reached at this point in time.

So all up, a little sideshow that should be ignored by the market in terms of SP.
