I have been intrigued with all the MEP talk etc over the past few months and looked into it but I declined to buy in.
main reason is minority JV partners seem to always be undervalued by the market and struggle to realise true value.
also historically MEP has been an explorer and I was concerned they may do a deal with Adn down the track and just sell their 25% back for good $.
what happen to your holding then If you lose your hallosyte holding.
all IMO and I could be wrong.
