but you have to have demand, what will cause this demand,
you cannot just have less stock and expect people to want to buy it for that reason.

if I buy 100 shares at $1 or I buy 1 share at $100 it is worth the same, easier to sell part or all the 100 shares.

when peol,e buy a stock you have to be confident you can sell them, that is where vol comes in.

before rights issue/placement there was half the stock we have now, and what was the sp doing, it was dropping.

you need a reason for demand, and less stock alone is not the answer, it will limit vol only and if this stock has no vol, it is dead unless he can come up with something real.

he will NOT consolidate at 1 bill shares.
