Haven't come across anything to do with improving arthritis.
IMO you would be better off looking at pentosan polysulphate/zilosul for OA.
Might be worth asking some Qs on the PAR forum, I'm sure it has been asked before.
I will try it myself for hip OA when it becomes easily accessible in Australia.
I just ordered a few bottles of c60. Going to test it out along with some friends. Not expecting much, but will see.
