Ann: Anson Accelerates Paradox Brine Project, page-74

I stumbled across this stock a few days ago. Few things I like about it (and im sure there are plenty of people here that know a lot more than i do - i have only gleaned through some of the copious amounts of information available):
- Located in the US
- Looks like mgmt have been around a while..Bruce Richardson, Peter Knox and Michael van Uffelen
- The paradox basin is a well known mining area
- Have ~600m SOI so plenty of cap raises and exploration programs
- June 2019 they announced a maiden JORC
- Of particular interest is that in 2017 they signed a MOU for an offtake agreement

- What i like about the MOU is that it shows there is interest in ASN (and more specifically the Paradox basin). Now i havnt been able to determine why this didnt commercialise however i suspect it had something to do with the a55 falling out of the lithium price in 2018. Relationships matter and given the same management are in place one can only hope they still have the phone numbers for these potential offtakers.
- The project is 11 hours from the Tesla gigafactory. What concerns me a little is that Tesla decided to do a deal with PLL. However my understanding of the quality and grading of lithium is limited so there could be a technical reason for this?

As i said, there is a crap load of information out there on this company and project. I have yet to stumble across anything that has significant red flags but i might leave that for the people who are far more informed of the companies prior activities.

My sense is that this should easily reach its previous high of 25c (despite it now has a further 100m shares on issue). I cant see developing the PFS too difficult given all the data they have on the project. I also struggle to see how it wouldnt be positive.
