So call me a troll, if you like it. My answer is:
There is zero need for it .... At the moment !

We are currently sitting above 32c and I hope we all appreciate another sp increase in 2021 and beyond with DFS coming in next months, build production facility ... and whatelse furthermore in future. But did you recon, what JM told us in that last interview ?
If I'm not mistaken, he said that we have roughly a little over 10,000 individual shareholders
= retail shareholders = maybe sophisticated shareholders.
But we have no institutional shareholders at the moment !
So, why it is so ? Have you ever wondered this ?

Before I retired, I worked in a foreign asset management for an insurance company.
Do you know, that there are statutory investment regulations, that restrict investments for those companies?
These regulations provide not to invest in "penny stocks". Though I personally do not see us as a penny stock (my common sense would be perhaps 1c, 2c or even below 1c), but even 30c would mostly prohibit to invest in our shares.

Agent86 says: "Mr. Marsh is a commonsense man who hates pissing off his shareholder base." I also think, that JM is a commonsense man, who hates pissing off those institutional investors with deep pockets knocking at the door to open the register for them by saying:
Sorry, we have such a great SOI and our sp does't meet your statuary regulations and because of this we won't accept your money !

Another hint as a long year sh in CTM, which was a long year penny stock in my above definition, took a 10 : 1 consolidation, took an canadian institutional investor on board and thereafter please have a look at their chart and then you no longer need to wonder.
