I zoomed in on the paperwork on the bench in the left of that photo.
It is hard to make out the text given the photo is grainy, the paperwork is upside down and the text in another language but from what I can tell it is the paperwork for FAR to end up with 75% of SNE, Lukoil get 10% and Petrosen get the balance. All funded by Lukoil and World Bank.
This confirms why Cath has been so quiet because this Lukoil bid is all part of a big grand plan!!!
